David Lyons in 2017.

What made you want to start or be part of this business?
I got tired of my former employer prioritizing profit over quality. I wanted to create a company where the employees and clients can be proud of the work and projects we produce.

What makes your family business unique?
My family members are silent partners that provide funding and business advice.

What are some challenges you've faced working with family members?
Sometimes tempers can flare when we spend so much time together.

What are the advantages and/or what do you find rewarding about working with family members?
Building things together and producing quality home improvement projects. It's very rewarding to help clients solve problems and improve their property.

What is your favorite thing to do together as a family outside of work?
Family vacation trips.
