What products/services do you offer a homeowner that separates you from your competition?
We do the complete kitchen and bathroom remodel with no subcontractors. We 1st do the complete design using 3D imaging in our 3000 sq ft showroom. Next, we build your custom cabinets in our Phoenixville shop, then we send the install team to do the complete remodel including all the flooring, lighting, installing cabinets and hooking up the appliances and plumbing.

Are there any new products/trends in your industry that you provide?
Even though there's nothing new under the sun we do follow the trends and try to help our clients make the choices that best fit their home while keeping with the more modern styles and trendsand try to help our clients make the choices that best fit their home while keeping with the more modern wants and desires.

Why now more than ever, should a homeowner invest in your products for their home?
With the financial market having difficulty, investing in your home will protect your savings from crashing while improving your home. Many will question the ROI and we try to help people understand the risk of not making the improvements in a resale situation not to mention the loss of enjoyment in a newly remodeled space.

How far ahead should the planning start?
We try to help our clients understand that these projects take sometimes more than a year to plan order and complete their renovation. In year's past we were able to complete projects within 6 months, but now after the pandemic we have experienced serious supply shortages requiring us to order far in advance. Much of the higher end products in the appliance industry needs more than 9 months to get on the delivery truck. In addition to that, the word has spread that we have a reputation for doing high quality work and an efficient completion time once we start the job that our backlog has stretched out to almost a year for the 7 crews of quality craftsman.
