When did you launch the NJ component of this business?
We purchased the NJ location in 2018.

What made you want to start or be part of this business?
We had contractor and home service companies come to our home in the past and never experienced good service. We had a background in the home industry and wanted to provide higher-end service to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration that we did. We fell in love with the product and wanted to be able to provide an outstanding experience to the community.

What makes your family business unique?
We are both fully involved in the company and are hands on, day to day. We love fully immersing ourselves in each customers' vision and making it come alive on the floor.

What are some challenges you've faced working with family members?
We are a husband and wife team and realize that when making changes to a home there are different tastes. We understand that and make sure that everybody is pleased with the product they receive.

What is your favorite thing to do together as a family outside of work?
We love to spend our days off with our beautiful six-month-old daughter and our two huge dogs.
