Clients contacted us seeking someone who understood their needs and the ability to design-build the project. The primary concern was an insufficient kitchen for their family. The original kitchen lacked useful space, was poorly lit and not functional for family of five. An addition was not feasible, as the family recently built a beautiful patio out back. We presented expanding into the dining room. This required removing a bearing wall and relocating numerous mechanicals. The expanded space allowed for additional cabinetry, more countertop space, a larger island and abundance of natural lighting.

Tribe Kitchen Design Company
A beautiful kitchen renovation in the heart of historical Montgomery County. This young family was looking to not only improve their current kitchen space with an updated aesthetic and layout, but also wanted to put their unique fingerprint on their space. Function, flow and aesthetic were the top three goals in designing this new space. Our design included custom inset cabinetry, premium appliances, cabinet amenities such as a dog food and coffee station, broom closet, two sizable sinks, ample seating around an oversized island and all new windows and doors.

LBK Design Build
A basement remodel can be an exciting project, but it also comes with its fair share of challenges. Our client requested a finished basement with a functional bathroom and a full walkout. We were able to accomplish this with precise planning and detailed design. The finished space also includes separate living zones as well as storage solutions. The client was thrilled with the finished project. Overall, this remodel successfully combined aesthetics with functionality, resulting in a stunning and practical space.

Harth Builders
Creating a multi-use, three-season exterior structure for our client was the main goal of this project. Challenged with the close distance to an existing swimming pool, clearance restrictions for a wood burning fireplace and blending new materials with a 1920s stone house, this renovation captured the character of the home and the client. We were able to create four distinct areas in a small space for entertaining, watching TV, utilizing the swimming pool and staying warm by a wood burning fireplace.

Gehman Design Remodeling
The challenge was set to craft an exquisite personal spa within the existing footprint of the master bathroom. The client envisioned a space of serenity, complete with a luxurious tub and an expansive spa shower, a vision that seemed nearly impossible given the confined canvas at our disposal. For our team, this was an opportunity to redefine creativity, to turn limitations into a catalyst for innovation. The challenge inspired a brainstorming session where ideas flowed. It was clear that we needed to think beyond convention, push the boundaries of design and work miracles within the constraints.

A two-story brick house in a quiet neighborhood was outdated with small bedrooms. The owner, recently becoming an empty nester, desired to have the house of their dreams. A new addition is perfectly placed on the rear potion of the second floor. While at the same time creating a covered roof to an existing patio. The final product feels like a fine piece of furniture perfectly crafted to the owners' specifications.
