Environmental Landscape Associates is a landscape design and construction company started in 1989 by Keith J. Frederick. Keith has been landscaping in Bucks County since his time at Delaware Valley College. Environmental Landscape Associates (ELA) specializes in outdoor living projects whether it is a backyard patio and landscaping or an outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and covered patio project. ELA has a team of landscape design and landscape architect professionals who will help you with landscape ideas for your project in Bucks County, Montgomery County PA, Somerset County, or Hunterdon County and beyond. Our landscape construction teams include in house journeyman masons and carpenters as well as general landscape technicians. The next step is for the ELA landscape design staff to develop conceptual designs based on the clients needs, desires and budget. Once the conceptual landscape designs and preliminary pricing are reviewed with the client, ELA will revise designs and pricing based on the client feedback. Having reached the balance of a landscape design the client loves and a budget they can live with, a contract can be signed and the lanedscape construction process can begin. Once permits are obtained and a construction schedule established, ELA will break ground and build the project. We pride ourselves on excellent client communications throughout the entire project, providing regular e-mail and personal updates on progress and schedules. Client involvement is one key to an excellent final product. Even once a project is complete, Environmental Landscape Associates will always be there for the client to provide information or additional landscape services. Our design staff has been trained in landscape architecture. Junior designers tend to come from accredited landscape architecture programs. They assist with plan development, drafting and especially 3D modeling. ELA president Keith Frederick participates in all design work. When needed, ELA calls upon one of their many, trusted consultants such as structural engineers or licensed architects.
